This time is made all the more special because Dave`s son Adam is also pictured collecting his black Corsa and Iain`s wife Sandra collecting her sporty red Corsa VXR, Dave`s wife Karen is pictured in the middle with me!

It is very difficult to identify areas for improvement as Jim`s standards in all aspects are of the highest in every respect. In fact Jim would be an excellent person to advise other retail outlets and businesses as to how to attract and maintain clients and customers such are his public relations and marketing talents. There is absolutely no substitute for personal attention and service which is given in all aspects in Jim and his team`s approach to selling vehicles, and all without pressure to buy. Information and facts are given, but the customer always decides in a stress free environment. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
It is high time other businesses in general and the larger ones in particular, realised that people are exasperated by the `push button for options` approach and would much prefer to talk and deal with real people on a personal level!
