We can also offer you a choice of ‘FIXED RATE’ Finance packages that can be tailored to suit you. If the vehicle you have selected falls out with the manufacturers warranty, we will include a carefully selected, fully comprehensive insurance based parts & labour warranty that will be sure to give you peace of mind.

Now Open 7 days, we can be easily found just off the A96 and only 15 minutes north of Aberdeen. Here you will benefit from our easy out of town parking, relaxed viewing & scenic test drives.

Gail Reid

Joint Director
...but more importantly my wife & mother of our two children, Laura & Liam.
When we started in business back in February 2003, Gail and I were ‘Jim Reid Vehicle Sales’. We simply HAD to do everything ourselves. That meant buying, selling, answering the phone, washing, polishing and hoovering every car, collecting and delivering cars, even cleaning the toilets! I mean EVERYTHING, 7 days a week!
Without the support from Gail, we would never be where we are now, and my dream would never have been achieved. Thank you Gail. Gail will now mostly be found in the office doing paperwork and answering the phone.

Mervyn Findlater

Valeter / Driver
Mervyn started with us back in July 2005, and is one of the hardest workers I have ever known. Given his own way he would work from dawn til’ dusk! Mervyn cleans 99% of all our cars on his own. (No mean task!) We receive a great feedback on how clean our stock looks this is all down to Merv, keep up the good work!

Grant Maclean

Salesman
Grant joined us in February 2007 from an Advertising sales background. Grant has fitted in very well to our team. A true believer in promoting and delivering our company ethos of Top Class Customer Care he will bend over backwards to help you find the car you want. Although often mistaken for myself whilst answering the phone thankfully for me I look nothing like him!!! However since starting with us I see a distinct change in hairstyle , now supporting a much similar hairline to myself!
A man of many talents Grant served his time as a plumber, he is also a DJ, plays the guitar and has recently passed his motorbike test.

Jim Reid

Director
I joined the motor trade after leaving school at the age of 16. Firstly joining Harper Motor Company in Aberdeen, leaving to join Lawrence of Kemnay two and half years later to finish my apprenticeship. Whilst I was working in the Parts Department I was invited to join the Sales Department, later becoming Sales Manager then leaving to start Jim Reid Vehicle Sales in December 2002 after almost 15 years of service.
As previously stated Gail and I have worked very hard to built our reputation and business in what is one of the most competitive marketplaces in the UK.
