Customer focus is obviously part of the service provided by your company - this is very apparent when you arrive at the garage, speak with the salesperson, ask questions regarding the car, and when you go through the process of purchasing a car.
Often at large car companies the sales person don`t have a lot of time to spend with you and don`t call back when requested. This definitely wasn`t the case at Jim Reid Vehicle Sales.

My partner and I had been looking for a new car and a search on the internet came up with Jim Reid amongst others with the type of car we wanted. On seeing the car we have to say it was even better looking than on the website. The service we received was first class with a very helpful explanation of how the electronic gearbox worked and we were sent off for a test drive.
We liked the car very much but had some others to look at also so off we went elsewhere.
The presentation and the phone us or look at our website next week attitude made our minds up for us and we set off back to Jim Reid.
Without any pressure put on us we struck a deal that we were very happy with and picked the car up a few days later presented to us like a brand new car, fuelled up and ready to go.
We must highly recommend Jim for the open, honest and professional way he dealt with us and we would have no hesitation on recommending him to anybody looking for a new car.

I can honestly say that buying my car from Jim Reid was a pleasure. I had been looking for a new car for a couple of months and once I had decided which model I wanted, I realised that Aberdeen prices were higher than I wanted to spend.
A friend recommended Jim. I told him what I wanted and he found me a great car. He even had the car checked out for me and when he was sure it was the right car for me it was all systems go.
The service has been excellent! I saw the car when it first arrived; it was exactly what I wanted. When I collected the car it was gleaming and fully serviced. The after sales service has also been excellent. Too often, garages sell you a car then they have no interest in you. This is not so with Jims.
