FAQ Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can I have my new car?

We try to have your car serviced & checkover and fully valeted and ready for collection within 4 working days (sometimes sooner) 

Do you offer free insurance?

Yes, we offer 7 days FREE Drive Away Insurance through Aviva (subject to terms and conditions and age restrictions)

Does my car come with fuel?

Yes, you will collect your new car with at least 1/4 tank of fuel.

What will i need to bring when i collect my new car?

If you are part exchanging your current car we will always require your V5C (reg document) and current MOT, spare key & handbook pack inc service book

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer very compeditive finance packages, please visit our finance page for full details.

Do you take part exchange?/Can you value my car over the phone?/Do you take Vans as part exchange?/Do you take motorbikes as part exchange?

Yes, we do offer part exchanges for all of the above, however the value of your vehicle is based on us seeing it, so to get an accurate valuation it's always best to drop in past with it.

Do you sell Vans?

Yes, we often have vans in stock however,

Will my new car be serviced?

Yes, if your car requires a service it will be serviced in accordance with the MaufacturersService Schedule, however if your car does not require a service or has just been serviced then it will receive a multi-point checkover.

How much warranty is with the car?

If your new car is new enough to benefit from the manufacturers warranty then the remainder of this will still valid, however for cars that fall out-with this we will put a full 3 months Part and Labour Warranty from Blackhorse

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure a car?

Yes , we ask a £250 deposit, this will secure the car and take it off sale.

Is there a discount for cash?

We cannot differenciate between a cash or credit customer, however if you had no part exchange we would normally discount the vehicle.

How can I pay for my car?

You can pay by cash (up to a £2500 balance), debit card (prefered option, no extra charge), Banker Draft Cheque or by credit card ( cridit card balances will receive a 3% charge on the balance paid)

Do you accept personal cheques?

Yes, however we now need 5 working days clearance on these cheques, why not transfer the balance to our bank account?

Does my car come taxed?

Yes, we can road tax the car on your behalf if required 

Are there any admin fees to pay?

There are no extras to pay, once you have sealed the deal we explain exactly what is included in the sale price, if you require any extras over and above the agreed price then these are chargeable.

Can I take a test drive?

Yes, please take along your driving licence so we can see that you have a full driving licence

I want to buy a car but I have outstanding finance on my old car, can I still buy one?

Yes, we can sort out this with the least amount of hassle, it is sometimes easier if you firstly attain an up to date settlement figure from your current finance company, but this will not prevent you from buying a new car. 

Do you have all the cars you say you have?

Yes, we also show cars that are due in , however 99% of cars advertised on the site are actually here and available

Can I park when I get to your site?

Yes, we have 12 FREE parking spaces on site an space to hold many other vistors, so don't worry.
